  5. Comfortable seating options suitable for varying mobility levels.

  1. We provide accessible transportation options, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  2. Adapted safari vehicles with ample legroom and comfortable seating.
  3. Assistance with transfers and baggage handling.

  1. We offer a variety of accessible activities, including accessible game drives with options for shorter durations or rest stops.
  2. Accessible walking safaris with shorter distances or alternative options.
  3. Accessible boat trips with assistance for boarding and disembarking.

  1. Booking Process: When booking a tour, please inform us of any accessibility requirements or specific needs you may have, including any concerns related to age, mobility, or other factors.
  2. Pre-Trip Information: We will provide you with detailed information about the accessibility features of your chosen tour, including information about the accommodations, transportation, and activities, with specific considerations for your needs.
  3. Emergency Contact Information: We will provide you with emergency contact information for our office and ground staff as well as BAR SOS Emergency Support Team, this is available 24/7 to help you in any kind support you may need including but not limited to field rescue, air medical evacuation, remote medical assistance, and safety monitoring based on location.

Additional Considerations

  1. Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers any medical expenses or trip cancellations related to your health or any age-related concerns.
  2. Personal Assistance: If you require personal assistance, please make arrangements for your own companion or support person.
  3. Local Conditions: Please be aware that some of the destinations we visit may have limited accessibility infrastructure. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within the limitations of the destination.
