Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda

Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park

- Drive to Murchison Falls National Park (approximately 5 hours)
- Visit the top of the falls and take a scenic hike
- Check-in at an accessible lodge in the park

Day 3 :

Murchison Falls National Park

- Morning game drive
- Afternoon at leisure
- Take a sunset cruise on the Nile River

Day 4 :

Murchison Falls to Kibale National Park

- Drive to Kibale National Park (approximately 6 hours)

How fit do I need to be to do this trek?

Not much just be ready to walk in the forest and enjoy the tour.

How long Could we be needed to walk every day?

On average, you walk about 4 to 6 hours per day. One or two days can be as less as 3hrs and one or two days can be as long as 7hrs.

What is the highest altitude reached in this trek?

The highest altitude reached is 5016m. This is the elevation of Mt. Rwenzori . Mt. Stanley is the highest we will climb in this trek.

What about battery charging and hot shower facilities?

Yes, you can charge batteries on the route. Charger should be brought. There are hot shower facilities as well. You may have to pay a certain amount for both ($1-$2). Negotiate. Also, a hot water facility could be free at a lower elevation.

Are there ATMs on the way to the Place?

yes you will find some in Mbarara City and some in other cities. Though we advise to carry enough cash or have it on Mobile Money, since it is easier to withdraw.

What about internet access?

Yes. The Internet can be accessed in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. The Internet in Western Uganda may notbe as fast as you are used to .

is there any extra fees I should be prepare for?

Not really, apart from some extra cash may be for emergencies of some purchases along the way. ensure to read what the tour covers and what it does not .
